With our commitment to develop and enhance Sri lankan youth skills we offer employment opportunities for young graduates in August 2020, we recruited a batch of 90 graduates and are currently working in different areas in Retails, our largest sector, Their induction to Cargills held at the YMCA Fort under the patronage of our Deputy Chairman.
The key message from the Deputy Chairman to the youngsters was to "...give back to Sri Lanka what Mother Sri Lanka gave you" and called upon these emerging future leaders to work hard with commitment towards the betterment of the country.
Through the AAPI we build their skills and competencies of retail management and expose them to our operational disciplines, processes and procedures over a period of one year training sessions including classroom and practical sessions conducted at FoodCity outlets and manufacturing plants. Our ultimate goal is to develop them to become independent and competent leaders in their respective areas of work.
