Cargills opened its 500th Retail outlet in Akuregoda.

Cargills opened its 500th Retail outlet in Akuregoda yesterday, 26th of October 2022, to coincide with its 39th year anniversary. The event was held under the patronage of the Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, senior government officials, representative of international agencies, and Directors and Management of Cargills (Ceylon) PLC and its subsidiaries.

Cargills Food City first opened its doors to customers in 1983 and has since embarked on a journey to provide the best prices for consumers across the country while making modern trade accessible to all Sri Lankans.
