Farmers: At Cargills we are proud to have masterminded a unique business model enabling the direct purchase of rice, vegetable and fruit from our local farming community located in Thambuththegama, Nuwaraeliya, Norochcholai, Hanguranketha, Dehiattakandiya, Bandarawela, Gampaha/Divulapitiya and Neluwa. In line with our ethos of fair trade Cargills currently partners over 7000 such farmers guaranteeing them a minimum price which is about 20% above the cost of production.
SME’s: With the growth of Cargills across the years the number of small and medium enterprises that have grown with us are numerous.
Large enterprises and Multi Nationals: Our binding relationship with larger companies and MNC’s has enabled Cargills to give the best possible deal to the consumer.
